Isle of pint
Last weekend the Carling team Tim, Lucy and Julia headed to the Isle of Wight Festival. The Cold beer Amnesty was back with a vengeance and was once again a massive hit. Festival goers had the chance to swap any warm beer for an ice cold can of Carling. We saw 10,000 people come through our gates wanting to swap over 30 different types of beer, cider and lager. We swapped over 40,000 cans which equates to 20,000 litres of Carling.
The team took a group of journalists on a bar crawl and sipped pints of Carling whilst watching acts including Rolling Stones, Muse, Groove Armada and Amy Winehouse.
