Lent
As that Egg Card advert aptly states ‘with all pleasure must come pain’ and after gorging ourselves with Pancakes yesterday it is time to pay the piper and give something up for Lent.
Here are some of the best and worst things the team at Cake are giving up:
- Stalking Peaches Geldof (don’t ask!)
- Watching Reality TV
- Only reading magazines
- Chocolate (a popular but unrealistic one)
- Junk-food
- The Gym (un-usual entry there)
- Buying lunch every day
- Shoes (presumably the buying of rather than wearing them)
- Giving up things for Lent (smart ass)
