CAKE GOES GREEN
Cake is to become a cleaner, greener and better place to work.
We are looking at the companies carbon footprint, we want to become carbon neutral asap and the overall aim is to become a carbon positive company by the time spring is here.
Some simple things to think about:
Print and photocopy on both sides of paper where possible.
Recycle everything - all waste paper, plastic bottles and cans, printer cartridges.
Change your margin settings to fit more on a page.
Use a pen from start to finish.
Dont print out emails unnecessarily.
Switch off all equipment that isn’t being used.
Turn of lights and power at source.
Activate energy saving devices fitted to your computer and printers.
